Extras
Pool heat is UK£25 / US$42 per week excluding
tax from April to October and UK£50 / US$85
excluding tax at other times.
Hot tub is UK£32 / US$55 per week all year round.
Booking Conditions
The booking conditions, prices
and taxes shown on this form were correct at time of publication
(3rd February 2008) and apply to all bookings made after that date.

1. Your Booking
Once you have made a provisional reservation with
us, we require you to complete and sign a booking form. This must
be signed by the first named person on the booking (the party leader).
The party leader must be at least 21 years old and authorised to
make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all
persons named on the booking form, including those substituted or
added by an amendment of the booking. All correspondence and
documents are sent to the party leader who is responsible for all
payments in respect of the booking and for ensuring that members
of the party are kept informed of details affecting the arrangements.
We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from
groups where all members are under 25 years old.
On receipt of the signed booking form and deposits
we will send written confirmation of your holiday arrangements to
you. Accommodation is reserved only for persons named on the booking
form.
A binding contract between us will come into existence
when we dispatch our Confirmation/Invoice to you.
2. Payment
All prices shown on our website exclude applicable
local taxes, which are currently 12%. We will add these taxes to
the total amount we ask you to pay us.
If your stay begins more than 12 weeks
from now:
You must send us a
non-refundable deposit of UK£150 / US$255 per week now.
We cannot confirm your booking until we receive your deposit,
and
you may lose your booking and your deposit if we do
not receive full payment at least 70 days before your stay is
due to begin.
If your stay begins in the next 12 weeks: You
must send us full payment now to confirm your booking. We cannot
confirm your booking until we receive your deposit.
3. Your accommodation
This is reserved exclusively for those named on the
Confirmation/Invoice and no other persons whatsoever are permitted
to stay unless this has been arranged with us in writing and appropriate
payments made. Local communities expect certain levels of behaviour;
party leaders are responsible for ensuring all party members observe
them.
Our insurance company requires that you set the intruder
alarm every time the last member of your party leaves our house, even for short
periods of time.
Strictly no smoking in our house.
We regret that you are not allowed to bring your pets
to our house. If in doubt, please ask.
You must vacate the property during the morning on
the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to
be completed prior to the arrival
of new guests. This is normally 10.00 AM.
4. If you cancel your vacation If you cancel the booking, this must be done in writing
by registered post and signed by the party leader. Cancellation will
become effective from the date it is received in writing. All cancellations
are subject to a charge made payable by you. This is expressed below
as a percentage of total price.

5. Your personal data
Your privacy is important to us, and your information
is protected under UK and US law.
So we will not sell
or give your details to anyone else unless you ask us to - for
example, if you need
to pay by
credit card.
We will not hold your details in our records for longer
than a reasonable time. We will only use your information
in connection with your booking and to comply with the law.
However, we will pass the names of your party and
the dates of your stay to our agent in Florida. This is so you can
collect your house key and so they can make sure our house is
tidy before you arrive.
6. If there is a problem
We want you to enjoy your vacation in our home. If
you find a problem, we would like the opportunity to fix it as quickly
as we can.
If there are any problems with the house, you must
inform our local managers immediately and allow them a reasonable
chance to put things right. If you have informed our local managers and you are
unsatisfied with the outcome, you must inform the home owners immediately
and allow them a reasonable chance to put things right.
